Hi, I’m Brittney.
Registered Social Worker & Therapist
I’m a Registered Social Worker and therapist who supports parents and mothers through the parts of family life that can feel overwhelming, complicated, or simply different than expected.
My work is grounded in the belief that behaviour makes sense when we understand what’s happening underneath it. Whether you’re navigating your child’s big emotions, questioning yourself as a parent, or trying to find your footing in motherhood, you don’t have to have all the answers before reaching out.
My approach is warm, practical and relationship-focused approach—helping you better understand what’s happening, respond with more confidence, and find strategies that fit your family and real life.
Why I Do This Work
Parenting can hold so much at once—love, pressure, uncertainty, exhaustion, hoy and self doubt. I’m drawn to this work because parents deserve support that looks beyond surface-level behaviours and considers the whole family, the relationship, and the season they’re in.
My goal isn’t to give you a perfect script or tell you how to parents. It’s to help you understand what’s happening, feel steadier in your responses, and build a way forward that feels like your own.
How I Work
My approach is warm, practical and relationship-focused. I look beyond the behaviour or immediate problem to understand what may be happening underneath, then help you find strategies that feel realistic for your family and sustainable in everyday life.
